Abstract:
A quantized signal fusion detection method is studied to solve the problem of overlarge communication bandwidth caused by the signal fusion detection method of distributed multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) radar. Firstly, the theory derivation of the quantized signal fusion detection method is performed, and the detection criterion in the signal fusion center after quantization is given. Then, quantization criterion is constructed with the purpose of maximizing the Bhattacharyya distance, and the iterative steps to obtain the quantization gates are listed. Numerical results indicate that this method can achieve the same detection performance as the signal fusion detection method with a half communication bandwidth.
