Abstract: Digital T/ R module is an important part of the digital array radar. Due to the high degree of integration and large amount of test items in digital T/ R modules, automatic test system is necessary during development or production test. In order to meet the test requirements of digital T/ R module, an automatic test system is introduced in this paper, including the design scheme, test method of parameter, system integration and test . This system has been applied for the testing of digital T/ R modules.
