Ka多通道波导开关的微波性能设计及验证

    The Microwave Performance Design and Validation of Multi-channel Waveguide Switch in Ka-band

    • 摘要: 设计了一种Ka波段多通道波导开关,用于满足高频段多通道的微波信号切换要求。文中提出了一种低驻波、高隔离度的微波参数优化方法,即在传统的轴向扼流基础上,增加了圆周方向扼流及轴向极化扼流,极大地提高了波导开关的微波性能。波导开关经过了相关理论计算,通过HFSS仿真软件进行建模和优化设计,以及实物试制测试。实测表明:这种多通道波导开关在Ka频段(36.5 GHz~40 GHz)下电压驻波比<1.10,插入损耗<0.14 dB,隔离度>70 dB,与设计相符。

       

      Abstract: A multi-channel waveguide switch is designed, to meet the requirements of high frequency microwave signal switching multiple channels. A low standing wave and high isolation method of microwave parameters optimization,that on the basis of the conventional axial choke,increasing the circumferential direction and axially polarized choke is presented,greatly improved microwave properties of the waveguide switch. Waveguide switches through relevant theoretical calculations,modeling and design optimization by HFSS simulation software,as well as in-kind prototype testing. The measured results show that the multi-channel waveguide switch reaches the performance of VSWR<1.10, LOSS<0.14 dB, ISO>70 dB in Ka-band(36.5 GHz~40 GHz),as designed.
