地面雷达系统级测试性设计方法

    Design Method of System Level Testability of Ground-based Radar

    • 摘要: 自动故障诊断和健康管理已成为地面雷达的重要功能,高质量的测试性设计是实现该功能的基础。地面雷达测试性设计包括系统、分系统和模块三个层级的测试性设计。针对地面雷达的系统级测试性需求,提出了系统级测试性设计流程、系统机内测试的设计方法和中央测试系统的设计方法,介绍了新型数字阵雷达的系统功能测试和故障隔离方案。提出的设计方法对于提高地面雷达测试性设计质量具有较大的指导作用

       

      Abstract: Automatic fault diagnosis and health management has become an important function of ground-based radar, high quality testability design is the basis of realizing the function. The testability design of ground鄄based radar includes three levels: system,subsystem and module. Aiming at the system level testability requirements of ground-based radar, the design flow of system level testability, the design method of the system built-in test and the design method of central test system are proposed. The system function test and fault isolation scheme of a new type of digital array radar are introduced. The design method proposed in this paper can be used to improve the design quality of ground-based radar.
