Abstract:
Digital T/ R modules are key parts of novel digital radar antenna, and their conformity and fault localization are important steps of integration and testing of digital radar antenna. According to the practice of digital antenna integration and testing, a study on integration methods is conducted, the fault patterns of T/ R modules in antenna testing are analyzed, the localization rules are confirmed, thus an automatic processing of module fault localization is achieved, a fault localization process and method for canonically abnormal data is established, and a control measure for module testing platforms is completed, so as to provide reference for the batch production of novel digital array radar antenna.
