数字雷达阵面T/ R 组件故障定位方法研究

    A Study on Fault Localization Method of T / R Modules for Digital Array Radar Antenna

    • 摘要: 数字T/ R 组件是新型数字雷达阵面的关键组成部件,其符合性判别与故障定位是数字雷达阵面批产集成联试的重要环节。结合数字雷达阵面集成联试实际情况,开展了集成手段与方法的研究,分析了T/ R 组件在阵面联试中的故障模式,确定了判断准则,实现了组件判故的自动化处理,形成了典型数据异常故障的排故流程与方法,完善了组件调试平台控制措施,为新型数字雷达阵面工程量产提供了实用参考。

       

      Abstract: Digital T/ R modules are key parts of novel digital radar antenna, and their conformity and fault localization are important steps of integration and testing of digital radar antenna. According to the practice of digital antenna integration and testing, a study on integration methods is conducted, the fault patterns of T/ R modules in antenna testing are analyzed, the localization rules are confirmed, thus an automatic processing of module fault localization is achieved, a fault localization process and method for canonically abnormal data is established, and a control measure for module testing platforms is completed, so as to provide reference for the batch production of novel digital array radar antenna.
