Abstract: The AWACS has the Firstly, capability of long-range detection in the whole airspace, and it is an indispensable strategic equipment in modern air combat. Firstly, the conversion formula of the target coordinate system and measurement radar coordinate system under attitude angle transformation are derived. Secondly, taking the case of Su 27 fighter as an example, made a static RCS database of the target over the whole airspace, by using quasi static method for dynamic RCS simulation greatly increases the efficiency of target RCS simulation , and overlying the effect of the random jitter model to correct attitude angle,make the data closer to actual and Improve simulation accuracy. This method has important reference value for the research of the dynamic characteristics of radar target.
