Abstract:
According to an airborne radar structure, the initial design is optimized and two finite element models of two design plans have been established. Through the mode analysis, shock analysis and random vibration analysis, compared the initial design the results indicate that the improved structure design has increased by 22£¥ in fundamental frequency, reduced by 7.4£¥ in shock deformation, the remain strength coefficient and acceleration power spectral density value have a deviation within 5£¥ . Furthermore, the weight of the improved structure has been reduced 60.8 kg, which is meaningful for the design of antenna array.
