Abstract: A meter wave band broad-band and wide-angle dual-polarized phased array antenna is proposed, which realizes the antenna design with simple structure, light weight and low profile. The tight coupling between the radiating elements provides basic broadband characteristics; the improvement of the single-stub balun and the measure of loading the separator lower the profile as well as further tap the broadband potential; besides, a wide-angle impedance matching layer is proposed to ameliorate the performance of wide-angle scanning. In the end, 135 MHz ~ 270 MHz and ±45°scan are reached only in the height of 0. 1λL profile, which has broad application prospects in the case of broad-band and wide-angle requiring strict low profile.
