Abstract: In view of the shortage of data quality control system and the imperfection of data quality control algorithm in current weather radar business, a weather radar business system is designed and developed. It realizes the quality control, data generation,product processing and three-dimensional front-end display of weather radar data,and it establishes a unified business process of radar data quality control evaluation index and data standard. Java, C/ C++ and Python are adotped in the system to improve the operation efficiency. MongDB and Hbase database technology are used to solve the data storage and query bottleneck of radar products. The system adopts WebGL technology to innovate the data visualization display, and realizes the three-dimensional data display based on B/ S architecture.
