Abstract: In order to realize the management of massive ground and sea clutter original data, characteristic analysis data, model data and so on, a ground and sea clutter data storage system based on Oracle RAC cluster architecture is proposed. It is studied from cluster architecture, logic architecture, data storage technology, data retrieval according to the characteristics of ground and sea clutter. Based on the 1 000 000 record, the test and analysis are carried out to verify the performance of the database. It can provide high performance data service for the research and analysis of ground and sea clutter characteristics.
