Abstract:
In process of wear, the conductive friction pair produces greater wear and more debris, which not only affects the stability of electrical contact but also reduces the insulation resistance between the conductive rings. With the help of the structure of a satellite slip-ring, the conductive friction pair selects the conductive ring of hard gold electroplated by copper ring and the brush contacts of gold-silver-copper-zinc alloy to conduct the research on the influence of plating nickel layer thickness, hardness, surface polishing, vacuum heating and current on the electrical contact wear performance of the electrodeposited hard gold coatings under the vacuum environment. The results show that the hardness and the vacuum heating pretreatment are the significant factors affecting the wear, and the current has a certain influence on the wear. The thickness of nickel plating layer and polishing treatment has no significant effect on wear.
