Abstract: In modern wars, the opposed objects and battlefield environments bring more challenges to the radar. Thus, radar electronic counter-countermeasure (ECCM) technology is becoming highly attractive. It is difficult to describe the relationship between the settings of battle field and complexities of electromagnetic environment. Due to it, the quantization levels of them are given in this paper. Moreover, the space diversity, electromagnetic feature and motion laws of near space objects are analyzed. Furthermore, the effective measures and solving methods are proposed based on synthesizing the advantages and disadvantages of both radar and jamming. Finally, the developing trend of technology between radar and ECCM is prospected.
