Abstract: Military electronic equipment screening can be divided into three-level screening, namely, screening of electronic components, screening of board-level circuit/ electronic device, and screening of the machine. Screening can effectively reject the defects that cause early failure of equipment and ensure the high reliability of equipment. In the screening process of military electronic equipment, it is necessary to properly select the environmental stress according to the product characteristics and defect types, and appropriately cut the stress conditions to ensure that the product is fully screened without additional stress damage.
