一种小型化毫米波延时组件的实现

    Realization of a Miniaturized Millimeter-wave Time-delay Module

    • 摘要: 介绍了毫米波延时组件的设计难点,并提出了相应的解决方案。在此基础上,设计并实现了一种Ka波段集成七位延时与增益补偿功能的延时组件。根据实测结果,4GHz带宽内实现了幅度带内平坦度≤±1. 0 dB,延时相位精度≤±10°,延时幅度精度≤±1. 0 dB,相位非线性≤20°,驻波≤1. 8。

       

      Abstract: The realization of a millimeter-wave time-delay module is proposed, and the module is fabricated and measured to validate the design method. For example, we have designed a Ka-band time-delay module integrating 7-bit delay and gain compensation. According to the measurements, amplitude fluctuation is better than ±1. 0 dB. Time-delay phase and amplitude accuracy achieve better than ±10° and ±1. 0 dB, respectively. Phase nonlinearity is within 20°, and voltage standing wave ratio (VSWR) is within 1. 8.
