Abstract: The heterogeneous network based on FC-AE technology has been popularized and applied to the military electronic equipment, and the network scale is expanding gradually. The heterogeneous network carries many kinds of services such as data processing, storage, control, video, audio and so on. The function of network management becomes very important. This paper analyzes the management requirements of large-scale network systems, and forecasts the development trend of military network management under the new application situation. By developing reliability optimization design, defining management protocol and designing graphical user interface, a distributed and centralized management FC-AE heterogeneous network management system is implemented, including configuration management, real-time monitoring, fault mode diagnosis, system reconfiguration and so on. This paper introduces in detail the implementation method of network management system, s well as its application process.
