Abstract:
With the development of high frequency band, high power and large aperture radar, the influence of radar structure precision on radar angle measuring accuracy and pointing precision is becoming more and more obvious. How to realize the structural accuracy of large-scale high-frequency radar is a problem that must be solved in the process of engineering implementation. In this paper the structural accuracy is effectively controlled by designing and constructing corresponding parametric models at different stages ,for example: distribution model of structure accuracy index、design model of closed loop control for dimension chain、shafting accuracy simulation model、test model、calibration model etc. Key parameters is controlled with parametric model, for example: front flatness、 shaft end angle、axle end contour、shaft end accuracy etc. Thus the system can effectively control the accuracy of the structure.
