Abstract:
As the modern war has put forward higher standards and requirements for the quality and reliability of radar in recent years, the market demand of airborne active phased array radar antenna shows a blowout growth trend. In order to improve the production efficiency of airborne radar and ensure the high-precision requirements of radar, this paper proposes an efficient joint test scheme of antenna array mid-and near-field automatic test according to the characteristics of airborne active phased array radar, such as large number of antenna array channels, high integration of each unit functional components, complex debugging and testing process. The practice shows that this method effectively improves the batch production efficiency of antenna array, shortens the delivery period of radar, improves the product quality, and nearly doubles the monthly production capacity of antenna array debugging station.
