Abstract: Aiming at the practical problem that the plateau environment seriously affects the effectiveness of equipment maintenance support personnel, based on the analysis of the main factors affecting the effectiveness of maintenance support personnel in the plateau environment, an evaluation index system is established, and the weight of each index is determined according to the expert scores, so as to realize the maintenance support personnel quantitative evaluation of effectiveness. Through case analysis, it is verified that the evaluation results obtained by AHP are consistent with the actual performance of maintenance support personnel. The method has clear ideas, simple calculations, objective and scientific results, and is of great significance for testing the capabilities of maintenance support personnel, guiding the construction of maintenance support forces in complex environments, and assisting in the decision-making of maintenance support programs.
