Abstract: The key technologies and methods required for the effectiveness evaluation of the anti-identification penetration scheme of tactical ballistic missiles are systematically analyzes and studies. In order to effectively verify the operational effectiveness of the anti-identification penetration strategy design, the effectiveness evaluation index system of the anti-identification penetration scheme was established from both sides of the tactical ballistic missile penetration operation, and the calculation method of the effectiveness evaluation index was introduced, the effectiveness evaluation model, process and algorithm of anti-identification penetration scheme based on grey AHP are given. The relevant content can provide a basis for the design of the anti-identification penetration scheme of tactical ballistic missiles,and provide support for verifying the effectiveness of the design of the anti-identification penetration strategy.
