Abstract:
The non-contact vital sign monitoring system of ultra-wideband radar can effectively solve many disadvantages of traditional measuring instruments. In this paper, the human body′s vital signs information can be obtained by using the advantages of UWB radar′s strong penetration ability and high resolution, and the respiratory and heartbeat frequencies of human body can be estimated by combining with the MUSIC algorithm of spatial spectrum estimation. Human body echo data are obtained by P440 UWB radar module at 0. 8 m, 1. 0 m, 1. 2 m and 1. 4 m, and human respiratory rate and heart rate are obtained by signal processing and MUSIC algorithm. The results show that the waveform obtained from the echo diagram at 1. 4 m is relatively good, and the respiratory frequency and heart rate obtained from the spectrum diagram at 1. 4 m are more accurate, and the spectrum diagram is relatively clean, and there is no other spike.
