Abstract:
In order to deal with the low altitude security threats brought by “black flight”and “indiscriminate flight”of low, small and slow targets represented by civilian unmanned aerial vehicles and military threats brought by tactical missile and cruise missiles, the digital beam forming technology is introduced, and a signal processing control platform for low altitude early warning radar is designed and implemented. The platform has the characteristics of strong real-time performance, large computation and high transmission rate. By choosing high-speed optical fiber transmission and serial bus VPX technology, and adopting high performance analog digital converter, super-large field programmable gate array and special high-speed digital signal processing chip, the hardware architecture design of the platform is realized, and a software signal processing scheme based on data stream driven is realized on the platform. Thanks to the flexible system architecture and abundant hardware resources, this signal processing control platform can adapt to the rapid application of new technologies, facilitate the upgrading and expansion of low altitude early warning radar functions, further improve its performance, and effectively respond to low-altitude threats.
