Abstract:
Radar equipment is an important part of modern weapon system and is widely used in many fields, thus there is a growing requirement for its quality and reliability. The characteristics of complex composition, poor working environment, multi-category, small batch and cross of development and mass production stage of radar equipment lead to the various forms of quality problems, which brings great challenges to the quality problem classification. To settle this issue, this paper takes radar equipment as the research object, studies the definition and classification of radar equipment quality problem, and further proposes a quality problem classification method based on five-dimension model. The research findings can provide useful guidance to promote the transformation and upgrading of classification and treatment mode, improve the control efficiency of quality problem, and enhance the operational reliability of radar equipment.
