Abstract:
The multi-target space-time cascade monopulse(M-STCMP) algorithm is an efficient method for radar multi-target parameter estimation. However, when operating in an environment with interference, the directional diagram can become distorted, resulting in a significant decrease in parameter estimation performance. In response, an anti-jamming multi-target parameter estimation algorithm based on space-time cascade monopulse (AM-STCMP) algorithm is proposed in this paper. This algorithm incorporates spatial adaptive monopulse technology into the M-STCMP, the sum and difference beams are formed adaptively to suppress interference signals, the SINR of each target is improved, and the Angle detection curves of the adaptive sum and difference beams are iteratively modified. Additionally, it conducts multi-target parameter estimation based on the M-STCMP to estimate the distance-velocity two-dimensional parameters of each target. Finally, the angle-velocity-distance three-dimensional parameters of each target are iteratively estimated by the Relax algorithm with high accuracy. Theoretical analysis and simulation have borne out the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm, the parameter estimation performance of the AM-STCMP algorithm approaches the interference-free case.
