A Review of Radar Resource Management Technology Development Research

Radar resource management technology can effectively realize the improvement of radar performance by scheduling radar resources, so it has received more and more attention in recent years. Technically speaking, the essence of radar resource management technology can be regarded as the establishment of optimization model and solving process. At present, there are more studies on radar resource management, but there is no special literature to summarize these studies, and the development of radar resource management technology is summarized in this paper. The article firstly explains the concept and research significance of radar resource management technology, and summarizes the two general models of resource priority and performance priority. Then it analyzes the development history of resource management technology with the development of radar system, and classifies the existing research according to the criteria of radar system, optimization criterion, allocation of resources, and performance index. Finally, the current research deficiencies are analyzed, and the potential technology research direction is prospected, which is of great reference significance for a comprehensive understanding of radar resource management technology.
