Advances in Interferometric Parameter Calibration Techniques for Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar

    • Interferometric synthetic aperture radar (InSAR) can obtain high-precision three-dimensional surface information by interferometric processing of radar echo signals. The measurement accuracy of InSAR system depends on the accuracy of interferometric parameters such as interferometric baseline and interferometric phase. Interferometric parameter calibration technology can effectively improve the accuracy of interferometric processing by calculating and calibrating the systematic errors of interferometric parameters through the observation of the reference target, which is an important research content of InSAR interferometric processing technology. In this paper, the principle of InSAR and the error of interferometric parameters are analyzed, the current development of interferometric parameter calibration technology is studied, and the calibration methods based on the sensitivity equation of interferometric parameters and the deviation equation of interferometric parameters are sorted out and introduced in detail. The advantages, disadvantages and applicable conditions of the two calibration methods are summarized. Finally, the future research direction of interference parameter calibration technology is prospected.
