A Study on Quality Control of Equipment Inspection Based on Complex Network Theory
-
Abstract
Strengthening daily inspection is an important way to ensure the stable operation of measurement and control equipment. To improve the quality and efficiency of inspections, first, the quality control factors in the process of equipment inspections were sorted out and classified according to types such as personnel, equipment, methods, materials, and the environment. Then, based on the correlation relationships among the quality control factors, an inspection quality control factor network was established, and important indicators such as network node degree, clustering coefficient, betweenness centrality, and closeness centrality were calculated by using complex network theory. Finally, optimization measurements were proposed according to the identified key quality control factors, and these measurements were applied in a ground measurement and control station, further verifying the effectiveness of this method.
