Abstract
According to much more accurate mathematics formula, and considering the whole influence of sea state, the earth curvature, reflection characteristic of sea water and polarization mode, we can easily calculate out the RCS of sea clutter varying with range, the relation curve of receiver outputting S/N to range for target of difference RCS at low elevation, and estimate accurately the max. acquirement range for super low target from the curve by accumulative S/N of the radar in MATHCAD.
