Telemeasure and Telecontrol System for OTH Radar''''s Power Supply

This paper introduces a new supervising system which uses to measure and control some far power supplys. Every power supply can be controlled from far by equipping with one module.Every module supervises three outputs and can adjust one output voltage.Power supply's overvoltage and overcurrent protecting are all implemented by software.
