    Performance Analysis of Sum and Difference Patterns of Amplitude Dual-plane Monopulse Radar

    • Monopulse radar is widely used for its high angle measurement and powerful anti-jamming performance. Sum and difference patterns of amplitude dual - plane monopulse radar is more widely paid attention to using because that it doesnt need to have strict receive channel. In this paper, the signal processing of sum and difference patterns of amplitude dual - plane monopulse radar and the effect of amplitude-plane non-consistency are analyzed from the coordinates relationship of four-horn antenna at length, and its corresponding simulation is verified, which bring convenience to engineering implementation. Moreover, it has generality for this analysis method, this is to say, it is also used for single-plane monopulse radar.
