Influence of Wideband Chirp Waveform on Array Pattern

The receiver for passive location must process a large bandwidth signal in search of the Ultra Wideband radar.So the receive array pattern is simulated and analyzed for wideband Chirp waveform using energy correlation method.And a phase steered array system with three phase codes for Chirp waveform is described,and its feasibility in engineering is discussed.An empirical criterion on improvement of angle resolution by pulse compression is also discussed.
