    Design of a Low Supply Used in Airborne PD Radar Receiver

    • A low noise power supply designed for airborne radar receiver is introduced in this paper.Based on operational amplifier F741 and PNP power transistor,the author designed a PD Radar Receiver Power Supple System.It makes use of the lower voltage drop of PNP power transistor,higher gain of operational amplifier and the interference compensation.This system makes the performance of the receiver much better.These ways and means improve the frequency spectrum of the receiver.The efficiency is verified by the actual result.The experimental results about a 5 V/3 A power supply are given.
