Test System Based on Digital Intermediate Frequency

Digital Intermediate Frequency(DIF) system is applyied widely in Radar and communication systems.This paper briefly introduces the principle of test system based on DIF.We designed two test cards to test the performance of ADC and I/Q.The advantages of simple design and high reliability are shown clearly.
