ISAR Minimum-entropy Phase Adjustment Based on Gradient Descent Algorithm

    • The minimum-entropy method is a promising phase adjustment technique for inverse synthetic aperture radar(ISAR).There are different methods to implement this technique.Fixed point algorithm is a typical minimum-entropy phase adjustment algorithm. This paper put forward a new method based on gradient descent algorithm.By the imaging of the field data, the convergence rate of the gradient descent algorithm is compared with other algorithm's rate. Also the step sizes selection of the gradient descent algorithm is discussed.
