An Adaptive Mainlobe Jam Cancellation Algorithm Based on Jam Reconstruction
-
Abstract
According to the feature of jam signal in the beam domain and the time domain, the model of estimation on the jam signal is built based on the joint diagonalization of four order cumulants. The mainlobe jam suppression algorithm of joint jam reconstruction and adaptive cancellation is proposed. The flow of processing and the conditions of application in practice are explained. The relative error is analyzed between the reconstruction jam signal and the true jam signal. The signal-noise-ratio loss performance and the angle measurement precision loss are simulated and analyzed. It shows that when the signal-noise-ratio is greater than 40 dB and the include angle of jam and target is greater than one eighth of the beam width, the algorithm can effectively suppress the mainlobe jam, the relative error between the reconstruction jam signal and the ture jam signal is less than 2% , and the signal noise-ratio loss is less than 3 dB, and the deterioration of the angle measurement precision is less than one thirtieth of the beam width.
