    A Study on Integrated Bus Board for Synthetic Network of Phased Array

    • Phased array radar is developed for integration, miniaturization and light quantization, and the electrical interconnection of the phased array radar synthetic network will also need to shift to leadless array mode. Synthetic network of phased array radar microwave feed network and beam control network integration has been implemented via microwave digital mixed multilayer printed circuit board, and high current distribution network integration of design and manufacturing has become a key of leadless array. The design and manufacture of integrated bus board for synthetic network of phased array were discussed. Composite positioning method and lamination encapsulation are emphasized as the key processes. With their efforts, the manufacture of high current bus board is achieved and the solution from leaded array to leadless array is established.
