A Design of High-precision Angle Measurement System

Abstract
A kind of low-cost and high-accuracy angle measurement proposal is introduced, which does not occupy the internal structural space for convenient installation and maintenance of slip ring and rotary joint, and ensures the high-accuracy measurement of rotary table angle. The accuracy error of angle measurement system is analysed and calculated in details, and the key technologies and the realization method of software and hardware of system are studied, and the high-accuracy angle measurement system based on multi-synchronous gear dual-channel resolver is introduced, which satisfies the real-time high-accuracy measurement requirement by data fusion of dual-encoding board for dual-synchronous gear whose coarse-to-fine ratio is 1:8. The method possesses the high application value is in practical engineering. The measurement system also can be applied to the angle measurement system whose coarse-to-fine ratio is 1:2n .
