Abstract
Both direction of arrival (DOA) and waveform of array receiving signals are necessary to be analyzed in the field of array signal processing. In this paper, a novel oblique projection based collaborative algorithm for DOA estimation and blind signal identification is proposed to adaptively analyze unknown array receiving signals without knowing a priori DOA or waveform parameters. The proposed algorithm alternately uses oblique projection spatial filtering technique to separate mixed array receiving signals into separated single signal groups. In each signal group, both DOA estimation and waveform identification are implemented. The proposed algorithm exhibits excellent estimation performance with moderate to low snapshots and is applicable to the cases where exists main lobe interference. Both theoretical analysis and simulation result verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
